Admission Fees and Charges for 2026-2027

(All amounts in Thai Baht -THB)

Registration Fees  (covers school administration costs)

• Application Fee 1,000 covers the application process and necessary documentation for enrolment.
• Proficiency Test 1,000 covers the placement test required for determining the appropriate level for enrolment, and need for additional English learning support.
• New Student Enrolment Fee 30,000 covers enrollment administration cost. 
• Deposit Fee 20,000 is refundable at end of academic year, less any outstanding fees or if student withdrawals before end of academic year.

Note: Deposit Refund will be refunded less any outstanding fees or charges upon withdrawal, provided the school is given at least one term’s notice in advance or no less than 60 days’ notice in writing. Also, after deduction if any loss or damage or of school books, library and/or equipment.

Tuition Fees (covers teaching and facilities costs)

Fee Explanation

• Tuition Fee covers the cost for providing tuition to each student and covers teachers’ salaries and facilities for teaching, school events fee and specialist programmes.
• Nutrition Fee is the cost for all school lunches and snacks during school hours. 

*Specific Meals: Halal and Vegetarian cost 2,000 THB extra for preparation.

• Accident Insurance is for the cost provided to the insurance company.
• Textbook Fee covers the cost of all official textbooks and online subscriptions.
• Uniform cover costs for school uniforms, sport uniforms and house team shirts.

Additional Fees  

• Additional Language (in-school and after-school only if required)
  • English Language Learners  (ELL) 30,000/ Term. 
  • Thai Language Learners (TLL) 10,000/ Term.
• Graduation Ceremony only for Reception and Year 6 graduation events. For photos and yearly booklet: 2,000/ student.
• After-School Club (optional): Cooking class, Sport Class, Arts (to be confirmed).  
• Holiday Camps (optional): English Camp, Nature Education and Field Trips etc. 
• Education Visa School can provide education visa documents for students to apply for Non-O ED visa. Please contact the Admission Department for the screening process and more information: 10,000 per student.  
• Transport to and from school 4,000/ month/ per student (conditions apply).

 Discounts and Incentives

1. Annual Payment Discount: 10% off tuition fees for full annual payment.
2. Installment Plan: 40%-30%-30% – payment option available for families.
3. Sibling Discount: 5% for the second child and 10% for the third child onwards. Discounts are automatically applied to younger siblings.
4. Maximum discount allowed is 10% per child.

Notes and Conditions

Payment Schedule The tuition fees are payable on a term basis and are invoiced and to be paid in advance of each new term. Unless otherwise agreed, payment should be made by the due date stated on the invoice as laid out in Payment Schedule below:  

Entry other than at the beginning of the term For students entering the school after the term begins, tuition fees are calculated by monthly rate for the remainder of the term.
